BOOKING FEES

Booking will only be confirmed when an initial non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service fee is paid within 48 hours from the time when invoice is sent out. The client who makes full deposit payment will get the priority of the booking.

Last minute bookings (those with 3 days or less until the date of event) are payable in full up-front in order to secure the date.

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a booking fee is received.

All balance payment has to be cleared 1 day before service date. Please kindly note that failure to make payment will result in absence of makeup artist turning up for your wedding day.

There shall be no refunds should the rates of the services for the revised booking are lower than that for the original booking. In such cases, you are also required to make the full payment based on the higher rates if you have not paid the balance. Otherwise, we regret that your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lush Looks reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void and all monies given are non-refundable. This booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artist/s arrives for the appointment. If Lush Looks can no longer perform services for any reason, she will provide a recommendation for a replacement makeup artist, it is at the client’s discretion whether they go ahead with the replacement makeup artist. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the booking fee in the instance where Lush Looks has to cancel is the only liability to Lush Looks and any and all of its owners, employees and agents.

The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour.

BOOKING TIMES

A start and end time will be agreed by client and Lush Looks at the point of booking. Each makeup requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual timeframe is approximately 60mins to 180mins per person. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any additional makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. All makeup for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive times (no gaps in between).

Any change of dates or timings will be subjected to MUA’s availability. There will be no refund if MUA is not available at the new date and time client requested to change to.

For bridal entourage services – There is no allowance for reducing the number of makeover persons, only add-on available (if time permits, changing of time is subjected to makeup artists’ availability).

Lush Looks should not be penalised if the client is late for makeup services or did not cooperate during the makeover session for example, walking around to do tasks, and our artists cannot finish the service by the said time required.

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Lush Looks, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

PHOTOGRAGHS

Lush Looks reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, including before and after photos of clients for record purposes and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
